Welcome to Our Recipe Corner.!

Although, at present, you will find only a handful of recipes in this department, you can look forward to all kinds of great recipes for many of the meat and poultry products Cannuli’s carries.

Cannuli’s new Redesigned Web Site is a true “work in progress” (and that’s especially true in the recipe section). We will be working and working to deliver many very good recipes — some from the Cannuli family — and will continue to add to and refresh our recipe offerings, including seasonal and holiday favorites.

We aim to be a valuable Source of quality information (not just a digital, Webified sales pitch) for our customers or for anyone interested, featuring modern food-industry guidelines for cooking times and temperatures, various preparation methods, at-home storage of meats, and, of course, recipes!

Also, if you have any personal favorites of yours that you’d like to see included on Cannuli’s Recipe pages (of course, it should center around something we carry), please stop by our store and ask for Charlie Jr. We’ll be glad to accomodate you, will accredit you with the post, and, if you have a brief story about the recipe (30 words or less, and subject to Owners’ approval), will inclulde it with the post.
