Meatballs and Spaghetti Sauce
| Ingredients 2 pounds ground beef/veal/pork (meatloaf mix) garlic powder grated soft bread, about 6 slices/wet 3 eggs 1/2 cup Italian cheese (parmesan or romano) parsley salt & pepper Instructions Form into balls and fry until nicely browned all over. When ready to use for your meal, put browned meatballs in saucepan just large enough to fit the number of meatballs you're using, with a little extra space; cover with pasta sauce, cook on menium-low heat for about 15 minutes or so, stirring occasionally. Serving Suggestions Serve with your favorite pasta, or in a long Italian roll for meatball sandwiches (try topping meatballs in roll with sauce, sharp cheddar cheese and mozzarella, then put sandwich in toaster oven till cheese is just melted).
